Two new touchless features to help keep your employees healthy and business thriving

Many business leaders and facility managers have felt the pain and cost of shutdowns or the feeling of responsibility toward ailing employees and family members–all due to contagious illness. Globally we’ve all felt the impact of facility shutdowns to our supply chain and to our daily life. An undetected contagious employee in a mill on a Tuesday means a possible facility shutdown by Thursday and a toilet paper shortage the following month.

Business leaders strive for operational excellence and business continuity–and employee health and safety is the foundation. By reducing the risk of contagious illness spread, leaders can protect their employees and their businesses and deliver peace of mind to all stakeholders.

Health screening is a crucial step in Wello’s mission to stop the spread of contagious illness and promote a healthy work environment. To further drive Wello’s mission to end the spread of contagious illness and promote a healthy work environment, we’re thrilled to officially announce the following extensions to the Wello platform:

Touchless COVID-19 Questionnaire

Evidence shows that active health surveys combined with accurate temperature checks can help increase illness detection. Now, employees can complete a health survey from their personal mobile device using CDC-recommended or employer-customized questions before arriving at work, then simply scan a QR code to begin the 3-second temperature screening process.

(Note: On screen questionnaires are still available. Wello’s screens are compatible with clean keys, styluses or even Q-tips.)

Touchless Employee ID Entry

Our touchless employee ID feature connects historical temperature screening data with an employee ID number. And we do it with a simple scan of their badge. This new feature complements welloStationX’s time and attendance capabilities and offers easy record keeping for auditing purposes.
